applying lotionThe beginner penis exercise routine continues here with the 4th installment in the 5 part series. This entry describes a technique known as The Horizontal Movement which, like most penis exercises, is designed to increase blood flow to the penile region.

This technique is an excellent method for both enhancing girth (thickness) as well as learning ejaculatory control. It is recommended to use lubrication with this exercise.
