What is the difference between the penis device comfort mechanisms, one has a loop and the other has a totally different look. I would need something that would hold my penis in place and not slip out. The loop would probably hurt after awhile.
The distinction between the two types of mechanisms is exactly as you stated. Some provide a silicon noose that loops around the head while others use what is called a "comfort strap."
The noose method is part of an older and now outdated design. I don't recommend it for two reasons;
1) It does tend to slip off easily and;
2) Aside from being a bit uncomfortable, it can also cut off blood circulation if worn for long periods of time which is obviously detrimental to your training.
Nowadays most men choose extenders with comfort straps. Because it is gentler on the penis, men are able to wear the extender for longer periods of time which equates to better gains.
Our article titled the different types of penis extenders has additional information.
I personally recommend the SizeGenetics System as the number one choice for device assisted enlargement. It comes standard with a comfort strap and is also very well designed. Less expensive setups often wear down and break.
Since these devices are meant to be worn for long periods of time, not only should they be comfortable, they should also be built to withstand the rigors of use.
