I eat red meat, garlic, salmon and other high protein and very odorous foods. I eat fruits, but not as often as I should. My point is, my girlfriend says my ejaculate frequently tastes like strawberries. Most of the time, I haven't even eaten strawberries within 3 days. I am looking for explanations about this, but many I have seen are misinformed. It seems there is no definitive answer yet, so people should stop pretending there is. It's only a way to promote their own agendas. If you want people to eat healthy and excercise, say that.
