meditating manEveryone knows that exercising is one of the most important things you can do to stay healthy. But physically training your body, whether it's through lifting weights or doing penis exercises, is only half the picture. The mind is what controls the body and has as much to do with your success as any of the actual physical work. When focused on a specific task, the mind has the ability to energize and enhance the body far beyond what is possible through physical exertion alone.

I'll be the first to admit that learning to train your mind isn't easy. Performing a penis exercise technique, by comparison is fairly straight forward. These are specific exercises, done with a varying amount of pressure, stretch and frequency that will enhance the penis. Some work more towards improving blood flow and circulation while others increase the actual strength, hardness and size of the penis itself.

The physical execution of these exercises is absolutely vital and that's why it's important to start with a program that gives you all the information and assistance you could possibly want. But one thing you cannot learn from all the pictures, diagrams and even video demonstrations, is the importance of your conscious thought in the whole process.

The human mind, when properly directed, is capable of things which most of us would find incredible. You've probably heard of eastern "gurus" or Chinese monks that perform incredible feats that seem to defy logic. These demonstrations, while extraordinary, are not out of the realm of regular people like you and I.

No, most of us cannot retreat from our everyday lives to some cave where we meditate for months on end. But we can step out of our daily routines for a few minutes a day to use our minds to focus our energy.

What does this mean for those who practice penis enlargement? I don't know how to explain it better than to say, "focus your mind into your penis." While it would easy for me to stop here and say that it's something only you can discover for yourself, I do feel I should at least make an attempt to give you some practical frame of reference.

That being said, there are things that do take time to learn and the examples that I will give in the next article are by no means "the answer." In the forthcoming Part II of this subject, I will talk more about the mind-body connection as well as include some sample energy focus techniques.
