Improving Male Sexual Virility
Posted by PRS on January 10th, 2008
Most people will agree that sex plays an important role in maintaining a healthy relationship. Sexual intercourse, and the quality of that sex, is also directly tied to the overall health of a person. Being "sexually fit" requires that some attention be paid to both the physical and mental condition.
Men's Personal Skin Care
Posted by PRS on October 30th, 2007
When it comes to skin care for men, there is a lot of emphasis placed on moisturizing the face. The sensitive genital area however is often overlooked, and as a result, can become extremely dry. Many factors come into play that can cause skin irritations on and around the penis, such as changes in weather, shaving, diet, and frequent showers using hot water. These issues are especially a concern during the cold winter months. Even though the genitals are not exposed to the elements like the face is, a good daily skin care regimen should still be used in order to assure that the sensitive skin on the penis is properly cared for.

The penis and all its various functions are intricately tied to both the physiological and psychological health of the male sex. Caring For The Adult Uncircumcised Penis
Posted by PRS on July 6th, 2007
All men are born with a layer of skin that covers the tip of the penis (glans), called the foreskin or prepuce. At birth, this foreskin serves to shield and protect the delicate glans which can be easily irritated by urine and feces. Males that have this covering of skin removed are referred to as circumcised and those that do not are called uncircumcised. While the decision to circumcise a male depends on many factors including the parent's preference, religion, and geographic location, the need to clean and care for an uncircumcised penis remains vitally important for overall penis health.
Enhancing Reproductive Health

Fertility is often directly related to general health. If you follow the principles of healthy living, chances are that your sperm will also be healthy. This is normally the case for most men unless they have sustained permanent damage to their reproductive equipment in the past (for example, through trauma or infection), or were born with a specific disorder or structural problem that prevents them from producing viable sperm.
