The following is part two of a five part series detailing a beginner penis exercise routine. The specific exercise covered here is known as The Long Stretch. It is also commonly called the 'Long Schlong' but I honestly always thought that name just sounded ridiculous.
This particular exercise is a great starter technique designed to stretch and elongate the penis. It is usually performed for a few weeks before progressing to a more advanced method.
The Long Stretch
Before performing this exercise, make sure that you are sufficiently warmed up using the Warm Up Cloth method described previously. It's important that you do this exercise while the penis is flaccid. While it may be difficult at first to do this without getting an erection, in order to do this exercise properly you should make sure that the penis remains limp.
Take hold of the penis below the glans (head) and stretch it out directly in front of your body. You should be able to feel the stretch all the way to the base of the penis. Hold it in this extended position for approximately 10 to 15 seconds. If you are uncircumcised, make sure to pull the foreskin back before you do the stretch. This exercise is for stretching the penis and not the skin.
Repeat the stretch 4 to 5 times. After that, relax your penis and massage the head to restore normal circulation.
Next, grasp the penis again directly below the head and this time stretch it to the right until you can feel a slight pressure on the left side of the penis. Hold it in this extended position for about 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat this exercise 4 to 5 times. Afterwards, massage the head to restore circulation.
After you have completed this, repeat the same exercise only this time stretch the penis to the left side.
While for the beginner this exercise may feel strange at first, after doing it a few times your body should adjust to the stretching.
Keep in mind that while this is only the most basic of penis exercises, you can still injure yourself if you are not careful. The steps I have outlined above should be fairly easy to follow, however I cannot take responsibility for any harm that might come from performing this technique.
