Sex is often thought to be the glue that binds two people together in a relationship and the orgasm is considered the ultimate goal for every hot sex session. What most people don't realize however, is that there are certain health benefits attached to the orgasm that go far beyond the simple pleasure associated with them. Studies have shown that the orgasm is just as important for the overall health of men as any other bodily function.
In the 1950's, several sexual studies conducted by Dr. Alfred Kinsey concluded that not only does sex serve to reduce stress, it also helps reduce violent behavior in those people that perform it frequently. In essence, sex and orgasms have long-term calming effects and help to maintain psychological balance.
Subsequent studies have shown that frequent sex and orgasms lower death rates for both men and women (Duke University, 1970s and Caerphilly, 1997) and lower the risk of heart attacks for women (Psychosomatic Medicine, 1976). It has also been found that sexually active people draw far more joy from their lives than those who aren't as active and also take fewer sick days. Gynecologist Dudley Chapman, supported by several psychologists from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, contends that orgasms can help the body to fight off infection.
A more recent study conducted in Melbourne Australia, found that frequent ejaculation between the ages of 20 and 50 helps to dramatically decrease the risk of prostate cancer in men. This study supports other research suggesting that regular orgasm in males prevents painful urination in old age. According to these studies, frequent male ejaculation is crucial for avoiding many prostate-related problems.
Based on these and other studies, its plain to see that sex is not only an enjoyable act but important in promoting health. Both the body and the mind suffer without the frequent combination of exertion and release brought about by sex and orgasms.
Recently, with evidence piling up about the benefits of frequent orgasm and ejaculation, several all-natural sexual supplements have been developed to even further enhance the experience. Semen enhancing pills, designed to increase the production of sperm in the testicles and the release of testosterone, serve to effectively prolong sexual intercourse and strengthen the male orgasm. Furthermore, as demonstrated by a study conducted by Gordon Gallup, semen helps to reduce depression in women via mood-altering hormones that are absorbed through the vagina.
In conclusion, both frequent sex and multiple orgasms are good for both men and women. The benefits include not only increased sexual satisfaction and pleasure but significant health improvements as well.
