holistic health poseRecent years have brought about an increased awareness of erectile dysfunction problems, such as premature ejaculation, which is estimated to affect 25%-40% of all men. In response there have been several methods created to address this issue, most notably commercial numbing creams and pharmaceutical drugs. There are, however, purely natural solutions such as the techniques listed below that can help men learn to control their ejaculation without the need for pills or topical treatments.

Penis Squeeze Technique

One very simple way to prevent premature ejaculation and delay orgasm is known as the squeeze technique. This involves the halting of stimulation just prior to orgasm and can be performed by either partner during the act of intercourse.

To use this technique, either you or your partner applies pressure directly to the penis by squeezing the area of the head located at the frenulum (the connecting skin located at the top underside of the penis head) between your fingers. This grip should be maintained until the urge to ejaculate subsides. Once you feel you are able to control your ejaculation you can resume sex and repeat the process as many times as you wish until you are actually ready to reach orgasm.

Penis Stop Technique

This technique is similar to the squeeze technique in that it involves a temporary cessation of movement during intercourse. The primary difference between the two methods is that the stop technique doesn't involve applying pressure to the penis and only requires that stimulation is stopped.

Obviously much more mental and physical control is necessary for this technique to be performed successfully. However with practice it is possible to learn to identify the point just before orgasm and prevent ejaculation from occurring.

You can further learn to control and prevent premature ejaculation by practicing specific erectile dysfunction exercises. Many of these exercises focus on training the pubococcygeus muscle which controls both ejaculation and urination.

Premature ejaculation is something that can have a huge negative impact on your sex life. Fortunately it is something that can be managed, even without the need for expensive prescription drugs. Natural holistic health practices, such as exercising control over your own body, work from the root of the problem and are far more beneficial in the long term.
