The Mind-Body Connection

Everyone knows that exercising is one of the most important things you can do to stay healthy. But physically training your body, whether it's through lifting weights or doing penis exercises, is only half the picture. The mind is what controls the body and has as much to do with your success as any of the actual physical work. When focused on a specific task, the mind has the ability to energize and enhance the body far beyond what is possible through physical exertion alone.
