Case Study on Effectiveness of Pelvic Floor Exercises

In recent years, great strides have been made in the battle against Erectile Dysfunction (ED). While the most publicized of remedies often involves prescription drugs, other less invasive (and less costly) treatments have also been shown to be highly effective. In fact, case studies have proven that certain natural techniques such as 'pelvic floor exercises' can help to both prevent and reverse erectile dysfunction problems. Here we'll look at one particular study conducted to examine the role of pelvic floor muscle exercises in restoring erectile function.
