Food and Sexual Health

Food is many things to many people. It's the source of daily nutrients we need for the energy that keeps us going. It's also the little pleasure we get when we taste something that we love.
Most importantly, it's what keeps our bodies healthy and fit so we can fight off disease. Without enough of the right substances, our bodies will suffer from malnutrition and we will get sick. For men, what we eat also influences our overall sexual health and the health of our penises.
