Anyone interested in learning about natural penis enhancement is bound to have questions. With so much information available online, it's sometimes difficult to know where to begin. I believe that one of the things that sets Penis-Resources apart from others is our committment to, and encouragement of, open dialogue. If you have a question, then please don't hesitate to ask! Here are a few questions that were recently submitted by a visitor that we think can benefit all readers.

1) Can I use honey as lube? As I know honey stimulates blood circulation when applied on the skin. Will honey application be harmful to penis?

While I've personally never heard of anyone using honey as a lubrication method, I don't believe it would be harmful. It may however be a bit messy (sticky). Also if the penis isn't cleaned regularly and thoroughly, it could cause a skin irritation. For lubrication I recommend a water-soluble solution such as KY Jelly (petroleum-based lubricants should be avoided as they reduce the effectiveness of condoms and also encourage vaginal infections).

2) You said PC Flex should be done while erection and again you said it can be done anytime. Can I do it without erection and in any position?

The PC muscle itself is not directly associated with an erection. As such it can be exercised while the penis is both flaccid and erect. For instance, when you are urinating and squeeze internally to stop the flow of urination, you are using the PC muscle – obviously you don't usually have an erection while peeing. When you do have an erection you will notice that you can make your penis bob up and down – this too is using the PC muscle, in this instance to control movement.

From these examples you can see that the PC muscle can technically be exercised at any time. In relation to penis enlargement however, most men practice this technique while being erect since it's usually done in conjunction with other exercises that require an erect/semi-erect state.

3) Will it be harmful if the water is too hot for warm-up?

Yes. The penis is very sensitive and if the water is too hot then it's very possible to scald the skin. Lukewarm water should always be used when performing the warm-up (repeating the process for a warm-down after your session is over is also recommended).

4) How shall I understand that the enlargement exercises may harm my organ or are doing harm to my organ?

Since the penis is sensitive, it's very important to pay attention to how it reacts after regularly performing exercises. If you do them too hard and stress the penis too quickly you may experience pain or numbness. While there is a certain amount of skin discoloration that occurs during exercise (from the physical contact itself), you should not see severe discoloration which might indicate bruising. Starting slow and gradually building up in intensity over a period of time is always the safest way.

5) Minimum how many times should I jelq per day?

Jelqing is just one particular technique of penis stretching. A proper routine will combine the jelq with several other exercises that target growth from all angles. Most professional programs suggest starting off with about 15-20 repetitions per session, two sessions per day, with a full day's rest between workouts (ie. every other day). When your penis becomes more conditioned you can then gradually increase the frequency and number of reps.

6) Minimum how long time will it take to get 1 inch enlargement, if I do the exercises regularly?

It really isn't possible to address this question in absolutes. It depends on a number of factors including; what specific program you are following, your individual physiology (this determines how quickly your body will respond to the techniques), whether you are supplementing your routine with herbal nutrients, etc. Results will vary from one person to the next – the most important thing is starting off correctly with an effective program and being consistent in your training.

7) Can I also do squeezing exercise on the glans?

There are all manner of techniques that can be used for stimulation, including those that work the penis glans directly. In general these are advanced exercises that are incorporated long after you have mastered the basics. You always need to lay the groundwork before advancing to higher levels of training.

8) Can I continue to do the exercises even after gaining the enlargement?

Absolutely. Aside from increasing actual size, one of the most important reasons for exercising the penis is to enhance your overall sexual health. Improving erection strength, learning better control, extending the duration of intercourse and preventing conditions such as erectile dysfunction are just a few of the positive side-effects that come with regular penis training.

The practice of natural penis enlargement doesn't have to be complicated. Like any new endeavor it takes some time to learn the fundamentals before you truly begin to appreciate the benefits. As always, starting the training and committing to it is the hardest part. If you begin with a program that offers solid support and instruction, you have removed the only real obstacle to your success.

One of the best methods to increase penis length and girth as well as enhance overall sexual health is through the use of penis exercises. While it is far safer than radical procedures such as penis surgery, there are still some precautions and safety tips that should be considered while performing such exercises. Here are a few suggestions for men practicing natural penis exercises which should both ensure safety as well as provide the best results.

Penis Jelqing Methods

Jelqing is an enlargement technique that uses a milking action to improve the flow of blood to the penis and increase the total capacity of the erectile tissues (called the corpus cavernosa) to hold more blood. It is performed using an 'ok' grip with either one or both hands and is ultimately designed to stretch and drive more blood towards the tip of the penis.

Jelq Safety Tips:

This exercise should be done while the penis is in a semi-erect state. It will not be effective if done in the fully erect state and can cause skin irritation if done while the penis is flaccid.

Do no squeeze the penis too tightly or the flow of blood will be interrupted.

It is often recommended to alternate hands while performing this exercise so as not to exhaust your grip.

Lubricants or oils can be used to help reduce friction and avoid skin irritation.

Avoid over-exercising. Most programs suggest performing exercises no longer than 10 to 15 minutes each day to avoid excessive stress to the erectile tissues.

Penis Stretching

Penis stretching techniques are primarily geared towards increasing the shaft length and working the suspensory ligaments. While some people use weights to perform the stretch, it is far safer and equally as effective to simply use your hands.

Stretching Safety Tips:

This method should only performed while the penis is in it's flaccid (soft) state. Attempting to stretch the penis while it is erect can result in irritation or even damage to the penis.

Do not overstretch. There are limits to the flexibility of the suspensory ligaments, and while this will increase over time and with practice, it is always advisable to stay within your normal physical tolerance; if you feel pain you are overdoing it.

As with Jelqing, it is always recommended to not over-exercise your penis and limit your routine to no more than 15 minutes.

Kegel Exercises

Kegels are designed to exercise the PC (pubococcygeus) muscle in men and helps to prolong intercourse by improving ejaculation control. They involve performing contractions of the PC muscle which can be done in quick or longer repetitions.

Kegel Safety Tips:

In order for this exercise to be effective, make sure you are exercising the correct muscle. The PC muscle can be identified as the muscle that contracts when urination is stopped in mid-stream.

Do not over-perform this technique. Approximately 10 sets per day of this exercise (varying in contraction duration) is advisable.

Following the previous safety guidelines will ensure that you do not over-stress your penis and allows you to achieve the best results. As always, it is advisable to follow a penis exercise program provided by an authoritative source and make sure to follow the program guidelines exactly as they are presented.

Achieving orgasm too quickly during intercourse is probably one of the most common sexual complaints among couples. In fact, it is estimated that around 30 percent of all men are regularly confronted by this. The main problem is that when men "cum" too fast they are robbing both themselves and their partners of the incredible pleasure that sex brings. But why do men ejaculate prematurely and is there anything that can be done to control it?

There are actually many reasons why men reach orgasm more rapidly than they would prefer. Biologically speaking, men experience sexual climax much more quickly than women do. On average, most men achieve orgasm within 2 to 3 minutes of penetration. By contrast, women will usually take up to about 12 to 14 minutes before climaxing.

There are also many psychological factors that can cause early ejaculation. These include, but are not limited to anxiety, guilt, fear of sexually transmitted diseases, fear of pregnancy and sometimes simply inexperience. Why not necessarily fact, it is often believed that older men are better able to control ejaculation because of their greater experience.

So what are some ways to control your orgasm and make sure that you don't ejaculate too fast? Exercising your PC (pubococcygeus) muscle, the primary “sexual muscle” that forms part of the pelvis is one good way. This muscle is greatly involved with sexual functions such as ejaculation and orgasm. By regularly exercising the PC muscle, men can achieve firmer and larger erections, more powerful ejaculations, more intense climaxes and most importantly, more control over their ejaculation.

The first step to training this muscle is locating it. An easy way to identify it is to stop the flow of urine in midstream. The PC muscle is located between the anus and scrotum and can be felt contracting during an abrupt cessation of urine flow.

Once the PC muscle has been located you can start doing some exercises to strengthen it. First try clenching and releasing it in 10 second intervals. Do about 3 sets of this, rest briefly and then perform the same technique again for approximately 5 seconds for about 10 sets. Finally, try tightening the PC muscle for about 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds and repeat for 3 sets.

The great thing about this exercise is that it is easy to perform and can be done just about anywhere. Just like all exercise regimens however, you must be committed to its practice and give it time to work before you experience the benefits.

You can also try exercising this muscle while you are having sex. The next time you are making love, try pausing while you are inside your partner. Hold completely still for a few seconds and then tighten and relax the PC muscle. If your partner understands why you are doing this it will go a long way towards both enhancing your sexual life while helping to make the experience last longer.

The Latin term "ejaculatio praecox", more commonly known as premature ejaculation or premature climax, is probably the single most common sexual dysfunction experienced by men. In fact, statistics suggest that as many as 30 percent of all men experience premature ejaculation during regular sexual encounters. While not a life-threatening condition, a lack of ejaculatory control can interfere with the sexual and emotional well being of one or both partners and frequently has a strong negative impact on male confidence.

Since ejaculatory control is not innate in men but rather learned through practice and repetition, the fact is that most men will experience premature ejaculation at least once in their lifetime. A consistent recurrence of this condition, however, is not something to be dismissed lightly given the serious effect it can have on male confidence and emotional well being. Men who have experienced premature ejaculation in the past often look towards new sexual activities with apprehension and dread. This can lead to an endless cycle of depression, humiliation and despair.

The roots of premature ejaculation lie in both the physical and the psychological condition. Studies have shown that 90 percent or more of men who suffer from this condition have inherited it from parents or grandparents with a history of the dysfunction. On the physical level, this is a condition associated with a faster than normal neurological response in the pelvic muscles. Psychologically speaking, premature ejaculation is often the result of stress, depression, unrealistic expectations, or simply a general lack of confidence.

Two of the main causes of premature ejaculation are inexperience in sexual relations and a weakened pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. While a lack of experience can be addressed by simply having more sex, training of the PC muscle involves some knowledge and a little work. Fortunately this muscle, which acts as the floor to the entire pelvic area of the body and supports the weight of the organs, can be trained and controlled just like any other muscle in the body.

Exercising the PC muscle is a way of gaining control over ejaculation and is an excellent way to treat and even prevent premature ejaculation. Some penis exercises such as Kegels (also called PC Flexes) are designed to specifically train this muscle and teach ejaculation control. More advanced and effective exercises can be learned from a professional penis exercise program such as the one offered by PenisHealth.

While premature ejaculation is a serious condition that many men experience, it is something that can be corrected. All you need is a little confidence in yourself and some practical knowledge to make this unfortunate condition a thing of the past.

What follows is the 5th and final installment in the Beginner Penis Exercise Routine series. The exercise covered here, the PC Flex, is a technique for strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle which is largely responsible for ejaculatory control. This muscle is easily identified as the muscle that is squeezed when stopping the flow of urination.

This technique specifically targets the PC muscle and is designed to help improve overall sexual performance. An untrained PC muscle can lead to soft erections, weak ejaculations and possible impotence and premature ejaculation. Properly exercising the PC muscle will help to increase blood flow in the penis, create stronger erections, enhance stamina and improve overall prostate health and urinary flow. Gaining control over this muscle is also fundamental to a man's ability to achieve multiple orgasms.

The PC Flex

Prior to doing PC Flexes, performing a proper warm up such as the Warm Up Cloth is recommended. This exercise can also be done at the beginning of a workout, directly after the warm up, as it helps to promote blood flow.

This technique should be performed in the sitting position with the back held straight. To begin, obtain a full erection, using manual stimulation if necessary. Tense the PC muscle so that the penis rises. Hold this position for approximately 3 to 5 seconds and then relax it. This is considered one repetition. The number of times to repeat this motion will depend on the strength of your PC muscle. A good starting goal for beginners would be to perform at least 20 repetitions.

If you're new to this exercise, you may find that your erection diminishes as the workout progresses. This is perfectly normal. If you fall below 50% of full erection strength, simply re-stimulate your penis until you have regained a fully erect state.

The great thing about this exercise is that you can do it anywhere, including sitting at your desk or even while driving your car. With continued practice you will find that you are able to do many more repetitions. Performing 100-400 reps of these a day will give you an extremely strong PC muscle. Remember to start slowly and gradually build up the number of reps you perform.

This technique is just one example in a series of penis exercises that are designed to promote health. There are many more methods available for curvature correction, testicle enhancement and improving overall penis tone and appearance. Some of the more advanced programs are reviewed on the Penis Exercise Program Comparisons page.

Premature ejaculation is something that probably every man has experienced at least once in his lifetime. Being unable to control your ejaculation is a horrible feeling and can have a lasting negative impact on both self-confidence and self-esteem. If you have ever experienced this problem, I'm sure you would be interested in a way to avoid it again in the future. Fortunately there are things you can do to develop better control over this condition such as through the use of Kegel exercises.

So what are Kegel exercises and how can they help to prevent premature ejaculation? If you've never heard of these types of exercises before then you should learn a brief history of their origin. The first evidence of people performing specific exercises to strengthen the sexual organs dates back to the Taoist practitioners of ancient China. These holy men used a set of exercises which were meant to condition various muscles in order to promote health, spiritual development, longevity and better sex.

Much more recently, some of these exercises which targeted the pubococcygeus muscle were made popular by a Doctor named Arnold Kegel. In today's modern society this group of exercises is now commonly called Kegels. Kegels are really just exercises that work to strengthen and tone the pubococcygeus muscle by using clenching and unclenching motions. Some of the benefits of toning this muscle include gaining control over erections and ejaculation, increasing blood flow to the penis, keeping the prostate in check in old age and preventing incontinence.

The pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle) can easily be identified as the muscle used to stop the flow of urination. If you've ever tried to stop urinating in mid-stream, then you know instinctively which muscles must be tensed to close the urethra and keep the bladder from emptying. For men, the PC muscle can be located by clenching the pelvic floor muscles which will make the penis bob up and down. It's usually easier to observe this when the penis is erect since the movement is more pronounced. The muscle itself is located between the scrotum and the anus and it's considered part of the pelvic floor which support the internal organs.

As mentioned above, one of the main benefits that men receive from exercising the pubococcygeus muscle is the vastly increased control over ejaculation. Just as the PC muscle can stop the flow of urine, a strong and well toned pubococcygeus muscle can also control the flow of semen. By training this muscle a man can learn greater control over his orgasm and stop premature ejaculation from occurring.

While performing Kegel exercises is an excellent practice for men, they are not a quick solution. It may take up to several months before you can learn to effectively train your PC muscle. Nonetheless, learning to properly exercise these muscles is a highly beneficial and excellent way to increase overall health.

If you'd like to learn more about Kegels and exercises that can help to combat premature ejaculation, then I recommend taking a look at the PenisHealth exercise program. Not only will you learn to strengthen and control your orgasm, but you can also find many other exercises designed to increase both erection hardness and penis size naturally.

One of the most common sexual problems experienced by men is premature ejaculation. Alfred C. Kinsey, often called the father of sexology, is famous for conducting a string of sexual studies from 1948 to 1953. During this time he discovered that more than 50 percent of the time men had sex, three quarters would ejaculate within the first 2 minutes of penetration. It is further estimated that 30 percent of all men are unable to control their ejaculation in most sexual encounters. These huge percentages show just how much of a problem premature ejaculation is not only for men but the problem it creates for both partners. Sex is supposed to be a pleasurable activity and no one wants it to end too quickly.

The majority of premature ejaculation sufferers are young men who usually have less control over their bodies and less experience with sexual encounters. While nearly every man has at times found himself unable to control his ejaculation, it is most likely to happen during his first sexual encounter where his lack of experience makes it almost impossible to hold back. For a great many men however, premature ejaculation can be very severe and will not go away on its own but persists well into adulthood. This problem tends to not only affect the physical condition but has psychological repercussions as well, often creating low self esteem issues and triggering depression.

Although one root cause of premature ejaculation is clearly a lack of experience, other contributing factors include a weak PC muscle and a faster than usual neurological response in the pelvic muscles. All of these causes can be remedied however. Inexperience can be cured with, well more sex! The muscles located in the pelvic area can also be trained to stop acting on their own just like any other muscle in the body can be trained. The PC muscle (pubococcygeus muscle) is the floor to the entire pelvic region and provides the bottom support for all the organs. It is also responsible for controlling ejaculation. By performing specific exercises (called PC Flexes), this muscle can be trained and strengthened to help men achieve control over their orgasms.

When full control over this muscle is achieved, premature ejaculation is no longer a problem. Many penis exercises such as Kegels and Flexes focus on ejaculation control at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. A good natural enlargement program like PenisHealth contains many such exercises for just this purpose. The key to ending premature ejaculation is really to have confidence in yourself and in your strength to overcome it.

Kegel exercises, named for Dr. Arnold Kegel are actually a modern version of a very old concept. Exercising the pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle) was first developed by Taoists in ancient China. These exercises were used to strengthen various muscles in order to promote health, longevity, spiritual development and also better sex. Dr. Kegel helped to make these kinds of exercises popular by bringing them into the mainstream.

"Kegels" are basically exercises that help to increase the tone of the pubococcygeus muscle through the use of regular clenching and unclenching. A strong PC muscle helps men maintain control of erections and ejaculations. It also helps to increase the flow of blood to the penis, enhance prostate health and prevent incontinence. Kegels are not solely for men as many woman also use Kegels to help firm up their vagina and bring it back into shape after the stretching caused by giving birth. Kegels are great for both men and women and are excellent for strengthening the pelvic floor in preparation for old age.

The role of the pubococcygeus muscle in the sexual health of men and women has been well documented and studied. One study on Kegel exercises published by The San Francisco Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality focused on the sexual benefits women can get from exercising their PC muscles. Another study called Anal Pleasure and Health was authored by Jack Morin and published in 1981. Both studies conclude that well toned pelvic muscles, including the PC muscle, improve sexual control and play a major role in achieving orgasm.

The PC muscle is located between the scrotum and the anus. You can easily identify the pubococcygeus muscle by stopping urination in mid-flow. This muscle is the one that you tense which closes the urethra and prevents the bladder from emptying. Men can also identify the PC muscle by tensing the muscles in their pelvic floor until they can feel their penis move. This is usually best done while the penis is erect since the movement of the penis is easier to observe.

Increased ejaculation control and improved erection hardness are some of the main benefits men get out of exercising the pubococcygeus muscle. Similar to any other type of exercise, flexing the PC muscle draws more blood to the area because the muscles need oxygen for cells that have been exerted. An increase in the supply of blood helps the penis to reach full erection faster and makes erections last longer. Furthermore, since this muscle is also involved in the flow of semen, a well toned PC muscle can help men gain control over ejaculation. This is incredibly helpful for men who suffer from premature ejaculation as they can learn to better control their orgasms.

Naturally, all good penis enlargement exercise programs feature Kegels since they are crucial to the overall health of the penis. By increasing blow flow to the pubic area, a strong pubococcygeus muscle helps increase the effectiveness of penis enlargement techniques. Performing ejaculation control exercises along with penis enlargement routines is the best way of achieving both a longer and thicker penis while creating the ability to ejaculate only when you are ready to. Who could ask for anything more?
