It's both easy to accomplish and the benefits received are numerous. Not only does it help increase erection control and hardness, PC muscle training also gives you greater command over your orgasms which helps prevent premature ejaculation. That being said, the basic exercise itself can sometimes become a bit boring and repetitive. Here we'll examine a training exercise that utilizes a few simple household items to help increase the effectiveness of the technique as well as make it a little more fun!</p>
<h2 class="title">Basics of Pubococcygeus Training</h2>
<p>Before we get to the advanced training, let's first make sure that the basics of the exercise itself are understood. Commonly referred to as a PC Flex or <a href="http://www.penis-resources.com/blog/exercises/kegel-exercises/">Kegel exercise</a>, this technique involves the clenching and relaxing of the muscle located between the anus and scrotum. Simply put, this is the muscle that allows you to control the flow of urine and bounce your penis up and down while erect. <h2 class="title">Advanced Training Technique</h2>
<p>Now that we have a basic understanding of the exercise, let's look at what materials we'll need for the advanced training. To get started you'll need two items:</p>
<ul>
<li>A ping pong ball</li>
<li>Fishing line or string</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Apparatus Setup</strong></p>
<p>First you'll need to attach the ping pong ball to the string; simple tape should suffice or you can put a small hole in the top of the ball and anchor it to the string with some sort of eye-hook. You really just want to make sure that the ball and string are attached firmly since there will be some physical contact involved and you don't want it coming apart.</p>
<p>Next, suspend the entire configuration from some point overhead. For example, I usually hang it from my chin-up bar. You'll want to make sure that the length of the string brings the ball down to approximately where your fully erect penis extends upwards when the pubococcygeus muscle is contracted.</p>
<p>Once you have it suspended, stand beneath the training apparatus with your feet approximately shoulders distance apart. If you haven't already, bring yourself to full erection and squeeze your PC muscle so that the tip of your penis gently touches the bottom of the ball. You may need to adjust the string a few times to get it into the proper position.</p>
<p><strong>Variation One &#8211; Strength Exercise</strong></p>
<p>For this exercise we want to perform 5 sets of 10 repetitions each. Starting with your penis in a relaxed erect state, squeeze the PC muscle so that your penis rises and gently touches the bottom of the ping pong ball. Hold this position for about 3 seconds and then relax &#8211; this is considered one rep. Repeat this drill 10 times to equal 1 set. Take a few moments to relax between sets. If you find that you are losing your erection at any time during this exercise, simply re-stimulate yourself to an erect state.</p>
<p>It's perfectly fine if you aren't able to achieve all the sets and repetitions at first. It takes a little time to build up the strength of the pubococcygeus muscle if you've never trained it before. If you do this exercise regularly (every other day is fine), you'll soon find that you can do more repetitions and can hold the clenched position for longer periods of time. This is the natural progression of this training technique.</p>
<p>In addition to increasing the number of reps and sets you perform, you'll also want to gradually adjust the length of the string as you gain more strength and find you can elevate your penis to a greater height. You'll recognize the muscle is getting stronger when the ball starts to roll off of the head of your penis. Simply shorten the string so that you are back to a position where you are only slightly contacting it.</p>
<p><strong>Variation Two &#8211; Control Exercise</strong></p>
<p>This exercise variation is meant to increase the control you have over the entire range of your erection. For this training technique, suspend the ball so that it gently rises about half an inch when you fully contract your erection. Instead of completely relaxing the penis between repetitions, you want to only slightly release the muscle before contracting it again so that the ball bobs up and down 5 times. After the fifth repetition, relax your penis to complete one set. Perform this exercise for a total of 10 sets.</p>
<p>After you've mastered this technique, try a slight modification by bobbing the ball up and down 4 times and then releasing and contracting forcefully on the 5th rep. This last powerful contraction should impact the ball forcing it to project upwards. Steady the ball and repeat this process for as many times as possible. With regular practice you will eventually be able to propel the ball several inches or even feet into the air!</p>
<h2 class="title">General Training Guidelines</h2>
<p>As with all penis exercises, the key is starting off slowly and gradually building up your sets and repetitions over time. Do not become discouraged if you don't see progress immediately. If you are patient and give it time, you'll soon find that both your strength and control will increase which ultimately translates to greater sexual ability. Not only will this allow you to last longer during intercourse, you'll also have the hardest and most powerful erections of your life!</p>

<h2 class="title">A Penis Enlargement Journey</h2>
<p>In all honesty, his story really isn't too uncommon. Most men who practice penis enlargement started because of some early life experience that caused them to become insecure about the size of their penis. I'm sure that many men can relate to awkward and embarrassing episodes in the gym locker room or shower.</p>
<p>Like most men who are concerned with penis size, his initial research led him to the surgical option. It may be used to correct sexual problems such as impotence and premature ejaculation. Contraction of the anal muscles will also help enlarge the head or bulb of the penis by increasing blood flow. This will enhance the pleasurable sensations felt during regular intercourse. It may be done either standing, sitting, or lying down and is best performed without clothing. It should be practiced in the morning upon rising and before retiring at night.</p>
<p><strong>Stage One:</strong></p>
<p>The purpose of this stage is to increase semen production.</p>
<ol>
<li>Rub the palms of your hands together quickly. This will create heat in your hands which is necessary for obtaining maximum results. Using cold hands will have the opposite effect and drain the energy from the testicles.</li>
<li>With your right hand, cup your testicles so that they are completely covered by the palm of your hand. Do not squeeze. Just a slight pressure and the heat from your hand should be felt.</li>

<li>With a slight pressure so that a gentle warmth begins to build in the area of your pubis, move your left hand in clockwise or counter-clockwise circles eighty-one times.</li>
<li>Rub your hands quickly together again.</li>
<li>Reverse the position of your hands so that your left hand cups your testicles and your right hand is on your pubis. Repeat the circular rubbing motion in the opposite direction another eighty-one times. Concentrate on what you are doing and feel the warmth grow. For all Taoist exercises, it is very important (even necessary) that you concentrate on the purpose of the physical motions. Doing this will enhance the results and bring full power to your purpose.</li>
<li>Upon completion, close your hands gently into a fist with the thumbs on the inside, the tip of the thumb touching the crease of the "ring finger." This is done to prevent the loss of energy through the palms.</li>

<p><strong>Stage Two:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Tighten the muscles around your anus and draw them up and in. If this is done properly it will feel as if air is being drawn up your rectum, or as if your entire anal area is being drawn inward and upward. Tighten as hard as you can and hold as long as your are able to do so comfortably.</li>
<li>Stop and relax for a moment.</li>
<li>Repeat the anal contractions. Do this as many times as you can without feeling discomfort. At first you may find that you are only able to hold the anal sphincter muscles tight for a few seconds. Do not let this discourage you and please persist. After several weeks you will be able to hold the muscles tight for quite a while without experiencing weariness or strain.</li>
</ol>
<p>As you do the second stage of the exercise, you should concentrate on feeling a tingling sensation (similar to an electric current) ascend along the pathway of the spine. The sensation lasts for only fractions of a second and occurs naturally. You should not try to force this with mental imagery.</p>
<p>Do not underestimate the importance of this powerful exercise as a means to strengthen the male sexual organs and the enormous value it brings to maintaining health and vitality. It is to be performed with relaxed concentration to combine the full force of the mind and body. With consistent practice you will see noticeable improvement.</p>
<p>The ancient Taoist monks were deliberate and exacting in their methods. They experimented with everything in their quest to promote lasting health and prolong life. If they found something that worked, they used it and applied it to their teachings. If it did not work, it was discarded.</p>

But physically training your body, whether it's through lifting weights or doing penis exercises, is only half the picture. The mind is what controls the body and has as much to do with your success as any of the actual physical work. When focused on a specific task, the mind has the ability to energize and enhance the body far beyond what is possible through physical exertion alone.</p>
<p>I'll be the first to admit that learning to train your mind isn't easy. Performing a penis exercise technique, by comparison is fairly straight forward. These are specific exercises, done with a varying amount of pressure, stretch and frequency that will enhance the penis. Some work more towards improving blood flow and circulation while others increase the actual strength, hardness and size of the penis itself.</p>
<p>The physical execution of these exercises is absolutely vital and that's why it's important to start with a program that gives you all the information and assistance you could possibly want. But one thing you cannot learn from all the pictures, diagrams and even video demonstrations, is the importance of your conscious thought in the whole process.</p>
<p>The human mind, when properly directed, is capable of things which most of us would find incredible. You've probably heard of eastern "gurus" or Chinese monks that perform incredible feats that seem to defy logic. These demonstrations, while extraordinary, are not out of the realm of regular people like you and I.</p>
<p>No, most of us cannot retreat from our everyday lives to some cave where we meditate for months on end. But we can step out of our daily routines for a few minutes a day to use our minds to focus our energy.</p>
<p>What does this mean for those who practice penis enlargement? I don't know how to explain it better than to say, "focus your mind <em>into</em> your penis." While it would easy for me to stop here and say that it's something only you can discover for yourself, I do feel I should at least make an attempt to give you some practical frame of reference.</p>
<p>That being said, there are things that do take time to learn and the examples that I will give in the next article are by no means "the answer." In the forthcoming <strong>Part II</strong> of this subject, I will talk more about the mind-body connection as well as include some sample energy focus techniques.</p>

The exercise covered here, the PC Flex, is a technique for strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle which is largely responsible for ejaculatory control. This muscle is easily identified as the muscle that is squeezed when stopping the flow of urination.</p>
<p>This technique specifically targets the PC muscle and is designed to help improve overall sexual performance. An untrained PC muscle can lead to soft erections, weak ejaculations and possible impotence and premature ejaculation. Properly exercising the PC muscle will help to increase blood flow in the penis, create stronger erections, enhance stamina and improve overall prostate health and urinary flow. Gaining control over this muscle is also fundamental to a man's ability to achieve multiple orgasms.</p>
<p><strong>The PC Flex</strong></p>
<p>Prior to doing PC Flexes, performing a proper warm up such as the <a href="http://www.penis-resources.com/blog/exercises/beginner-penis-exercise-routine/">Warm Up Cloth</a> is recommended. This exercise can also be done at the beginning of a workout, directly after the warm up, as it helps to promote blood flow.</p>
<p>This technique should be performed in the sitting position with the back held straight. To begin, obtain a full erection, using manual stimulation if necessary. Tense the PC muscle so that the penis rises. Hold this position for approximately 3 to 5 seconds and then relax it. This is considered one repetition. The number of times to repeat this motion will depend on the strength of your PC muscle. A good starting goal for beginners would be to perform at least 20 repetitions.</p>
<p>If you're new to this exercise, you may find that your erection diminishes as the workout progresses. This is perfectly normal. If you fall below 50% of full erection strength, simply re-stimulate your penis until you have regained a fully erect state.</p>
<p>The great thing about this exercise is that you can do it anywhere, including sitting at your desk or even while driving your car. With continued practice you will find that you are able to do many more repetitions. Performing 100-400 reps of these a day will give you an extremely strong PC muscle. Remember to start slowly and gradually build up the number of reps you perform.</p>
<p>This technique is just one example in a series of penis exercises that are designed to promote health. Since you are exerting physical pressure on the penis, it is common to experience certain sensations at the end of a workout session.</p>
<p>A frequent sensation that many men notice after finishing a penis exercise routine is a slight tingling. This "pins and needles" type feeling occurs primarily because of the stress the cells have endured and the increase of blood flow to these tissues. It is typical to notice a little discoloration (redness) on the penis itself due to the firm gripping of the shaft. The increased blood flow will also make the penis very sensitive to the touch. </p>
<p>While some of these conditions are fairly common to a normal penis workout, you should always be wary of any abnormal pain that might develop. Feeling pain after a workout is a sure sign that you are performing something wrong in the routine. <p>One of the most common mistakes men make when performing a penis exercise program is to neglect the warm-up and warm-down time.
