Taking A Break – The Simple Solution

Although it may seem counterproductive, sometimes all you need to overcome a growth plateau is some time off from your training. Effective enlargement programs always incorporate adequate rest and recovery periods. These breaks are important since the penis is not immune from fatigue and the body will shut down the growth response if it feels over-exerted. The answer is yes, and no. These devices are designed to stretch and strengthen the penis by providing force along the length of the penis shaft. This by itself does not effect penis tilting or leaning which originates near the base of the penis. While penile enlargement surgery is not new, it still remains a very controversial method due to the inherent risks involved and often unpredictable results. The surgery itself is comprised of two separate procedures; one to lengthen the penis and another to increase it's width.

Penile Lengthening

Surgical lengthening of the penis is achieved by making an incision at the base of the penis and cutting the ligament that anchors it to the pubic bone. My friend Jonathon who had purchased a penis extender a few months back emailed me with a rather embarrassing story of how he managed to "bend" his device. I'll skip how he exactly managed this incredible feat, but suffice it to say that it was definitely broken.

While there is no sure way of knowing when people actually started manually modifying the natural shape of the human body, we can be reasonably certain that it is a very old practice. Still today certain tribes in different countries use weights and other stretching methods to force parts of the body to increase in size and change in shape.

While we receive lots of emails from men asking for specifics about different methods of penis enhancement, the one product that without a doubt generates the most questions is the penile extender. While the simple answer to both of these questions is "no", let's take a minute to talk about why penis pumps really aren't a good choice for penis enlargement.

First off, penis pumps are designed to rapidly expand the penis beyond it's normal size. It should be easy to understand that stretching the penis in such a quick fashion is not at all beneficial for the sensitive penile tissues.
