I have noticed blood in my semen after using my penis

There are many problems that can arise from using penis
vacuum pumps including the one you mention. We have always
maintained that the risk and dangers of using them far

If you are still using a pump you should definitely stop.
You may also wish to consult a Urologist or your physician
to get a proper examination and make sure that no serious
damage has been done.
If your intent was to increase the size of your penis then
you are much better off using a traction method which will
not cause any harm. Traction devices are effective and
infinitely safer than vacuum methods.
