I use a penis pump to attain an erection and maintain the
erection by sliding the cock ring to the end/base of my
penis... so that the erection is maintained.. I limit this
erection to approx 20 minutes... and masturbate the erect
penis... but, I do not experience an orgasm with this
cock ring on. I can experience an orgasm by simple
masturbation (without using the penis pump) (semirigid
penis) after about an hour of masturbating. Does the use
of the penis pump and cock ring inherintly prevent an
orgasm? Since I just starting using a penis pump, I was
wondering if this would prevent me from ejaculating in my
wifes vagina... IE: not cumming but staying hard/erect?

I'm not a huge proponent of penis pumps. Many of them use
poor construction and if used improperly they can cause
damage. The only type that I would recommend are those
that are water-assisted instead of purely air-vacuum -
they tend to be safer and more effective.
Keep in mind that penis pumps are meant to be constrictive
so it may very well be the cause of you not ejaculating.
You would really need to voice your questions with the
manufacturer of the specific device you have.
