I would like to know if having an uncut penis is an
obstacle to use the penis extender. I have tried many
things with nothing to show for. I'm interested in

work for me.

That is an excellent question. In fact, up until recently
that was one of the main drawbacks for many of the
extender devices. The truth is that many uncircumcised
men were finding it quite uncomfortable to wear based on
the "noose" strap.
Most of the major manufacturers have now addressed that
problem and the new comfort strap technology makes it
