I saw all those ads about the penis stretcher and i can't
really afford one of those mechanics so i made my own penis
stretcher at home and I wanted to know how many hours a day do
i have to put it on and do i have to wear it every day?

How many hours a day you need to wear it really depends on
you. Most companies that sell them recommend wearing them at
least a few hours a day and then gradually adding more time on
per day over the course of several months.
I'm not sure how your design came out, but comfort is
obviously the most important (and necessary) part of the
entire process. If it's not comfortable to wear for long
periods of time then it's really not going to work.
