Average time to see gains in penis growth

If I'm doing 40 mins of penis exercises 4 days a week for

about 2 weeks, I dont want to re-measure my penis until

after 3 weeks. I can tell a difference in size but what is

an average time frame that I will see results (like an inch

in growth)? I know it's different for everyone, but I just

want a ballpark figure.

I take L-arginine and workout a lot, so I'm a very healthy

guy. So, if you can just give me an idea that would be

great. If you don't understand what I'm asking, put it

this way: after like 2 months what is the average gain for

guys with that type of exercise routine (routine consist

of warm up, long stertch, PC flexes, jelq exercises, cool

down)?

It seems that you already understand that results vary

from one person to the next so it's kind of pointless for

me to estimate what gains you will make. I have seen men

gain more than an inch in just a few months and for others

it took 6 months to get 1/2 inch. Since it varies so much

there really is no way of knowing. If you are following a

legitimate routine then you will see results. How quickly

is anybody's guess.

The most important factor is that you are following a

professional program to the details. Such a program will

offer full support and give you tips on how to vary your

routine for better results. Are you using a particular

program like PenisHealth or Erection Fit? I'm not sure if

you're using our 'Beginners Guide' but that really isn't

going to show you much in the way of long-term results.

It's really only supplied to give men an idea of what kind

of exercises will be entailed in following an enlargement

workout. It's no substitute for a full-fledged program.

Here are links to two inexpensive penis exercise programs

that will give you everything you need to make the best

gains in the shortest time possible.
