You don't have to buy the DVD although it does have certain
benefits. For instance you don't need to be online since you
can just play the DVD and learn the exercises without
visiting the website. This is especially helpful if you have
a slow internet connection. But if you don't want the penis
exercise DVD then you can simply join the normal program and
learn all the techniques in the member area.
