If PC exercises have to do with the pubococcygeus muscle
and doesn't have any relation to erection, then why
should I do that? And can I do PC exercises after
copulation when the penis remains erected?

PC exercises work to contract and exercise the
pubococcygeus muscle. By making this muscle stronger, it
helps to prolong sexual intercourse and prevent
premature ejaculation. The exercise can be performed any
time you wish, but generally you may want to wait at
least 1 hour after ejaculation to allow the reproductive
system adequate rest.
