The Horizontal Movement Exercise Instructions

  1. Make sure your penis is warmed up properly
  2. In a seated position, begin stroking the penis until it is semi-erect
  3. Hold the base of the penis with your left hand
  4. Place your right hand just below the penis head
  5. With a firm grip, put pressure on the base of the penis
  6. Start to milk downwards from the penis head with your right hand
  7. When your hands meet, reverse direction and begin to milk back up towards the head
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
