Long Stretch Penis Exercise
Here you will find a demonstration video and instructional steps on properly performing the "Long Stretch" penis exercise. This is an excellent technique for beginners and is designed to help lengthen the penis. Before doing this exercise make sure to warm up the area sufficiently using the Warm Up Cloth method.

- As when starting any penis exercise, make sure to warm up thoroughly
- Grasp the tip of the penis below the head
- Extend it away from your body and hold for 15 seconds
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
- Relax and gently massage the head of the penis
- Stretch the penis to the right and hold for 15 seconds
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
- Relax and gently massage the head of the penis
- Stretch the penis to the left and hold for 15 seconds
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
- Relax and gently massage the head of the penis
