Below is a penis exercise video with instructions on how to perform the technique called the "PC Flex". The PC Flex Instructions

  1. Before performing this exercise, be sure to properly warm up using the Warm Up Cloth method
  2. While in a seated position, bring your penis to full erection
  3. Tense the PC Muscle so the penis stands up
  4. Hold this position for 3 to 5 seconds
  5. Relax for 5 seconds
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions - Note: tensing and relaxing the penis is considered one repetition
