As much as I would like to give you an exact measurement,
I don't believe there is a definitive answer to your
question. Every person's body grows at a different rate.
This is especially true during the developmental years
such as the mid-teens. In fact, penis size can change
dramatically (by several inches) during these years.
Growth will normally stop at the end of the puberty
stage. While some men observe development earlier than
others, it is not uncommon for some to reach their
"growth peak" much later - up until 18 years of age.
