i have a very small penis for all of my life. when erect,
it has only been an average of 4 inches. i havent had
any other problems with stamina or ejaculation, just the
size. when flaccid, it is so small, that it hides itself
into the body cavity. any comments or helpful advice
will be greatly appreciated.

It's good to hear that you don't have any sexual
dysfunction issues. Increasing penis size is one thing
but dealing with lifelong erectile problems can be more
difficult to remedy.
One thing you can do right away is to make your penis
appear larger than it really is. That only involves
actually trimming the hair away from your penis so that
more of it is exposed. Now that of course is only a
cosmetic improvement but you may be surprised how much it
helps!
To increase your actual penis size (to make it actually
longer and thicker) will require a bit more effort.
You'll need to provide physical stimulation to the penis
to make it respond to growth. I would recommend using a
combined system of exercises and a penis traction device
