Penis has shrunk as I got older

Back when I was getting my first erections in elementary

school I measured my penis and it was barely over 6 inches.

When I measure it now it's barely over 5.5 inches. Does that

usually happen to anyone? Is the use of alcohol and tobacco

over the years the cause of it or could it be another

reason? I assume since my penis has shrunk that it could

increase too kind of like someone who works out quits and

they work out again they get to their original form a lot

easier then it takes hard work to get passed that mark. I

was wondering what you suggest that I do. What pills and

exercises would work best for me?

Excessive alcohol use and nicotine can sometimes effect the

proper functioning of the penis (erection hardness and

duration) but I don't believe there's direct evidence that

connects it to penile shrinkage. It is however always a good

thing to cut back on consumption and if possible quit

smoking to help improve your overall health.

That being said, it is not uncommon for men to experience

some penis size loss as they grow older. It's often caused

by a lack of proper stimulation as well as lowered hormone

levels as we age.

As you mentioned, just as the penis can shrink so too can it

grow. It all depends on what type of conditioning you

follow. Performing exercises and using supplements can help

enormously in improving not only size but performance as

I usually recommend following a complete system such as the

one provided by ProSolution. Their program contains both

high-quality pills for improving blood flow and access to a

complete exercise routine that will teach you how to

properly stimulate growth. You can read our review here:

You should keep in mind that true natural enlargement is not

an overnight remedy. It will take some time for your body to

adapt to the new nutrients from the pills and adjust to the

exercise stimulation.

How fast you see results depends on your own unique

physiology. Some men start to see changes within a month or

two while for others it may take a bit longer. I suggest

starting on a minimum 6 month or 1 year plan in order to

give your body adequate time to adjust to the new regimen

and allow for maximum growth.

You can purchase the ProSolution system at this link:

The program also comes with a full 6 month money back

guarantee if you aren't satisfied with the results. If you

follow their instructions exactly then you will certainly

see significant improvement. I've talked with men who have

gained as much as several inches over their starting size in

as little as 1 year. Patience and dedication to the training

is all that is necessary to reverse penis shrinkage.
