The Warm Up Cloth Instructions

  1. Find a small hand towel or wash cloth
  2. Wet the towel using hot/warm water
  3. Wrap the towel around the penis
  4. Leave the towel on the penis for 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Remove the towel and start the workout
  6. When the workout is complete, warm the towel again with water
  7. Apply the warm towel to the penis for 2 to 3 minutes
  8. For hygiene reasons, always use the same towel and keep it clean
