Penis Warm Up Technique

Below is a video and instructional steps on how to perform the "Warm up cloth". This is an important action to complete before beginning any penis workout routine. It helps to stimulate the penile region and increase the flow of blood to the area. It is also a good practice to repeat this technique at the end of a penis workout.

The Warm Up Cloth Instructions

  1. Find a small hand towel or wash cloth
  2. Wet the towel using hot/warm water
  3. Wrap the towel around the penis
  4. Leave the towel on the penis for 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Remove the towel and start the workout
  6. When the workout is complete, warm the towel again with water
  7. Apply the warm towel to the penis for 2 to 3 minutes
  8. For hygiene reasons, always use the same towel and keep it clean
