i was wondering how often should a 19 year old
ejaculate and release sperm. and if you release more
sperm than you should do you increase the chances of
getting pimples?

I don't believe that anyone can say with authority
just how often a person should ejaculate. That truly
depends on the individual and how active they are
sexually. A normal male produces on average about 170
million sperm cells per day so there should be no
worry about ejaculating too often (your body will
continually make more).
While I seriously doubt that ejaculating too often is
responsible for creating pimples, the honest truth is
that no-one is 100% sure exactly why they form. Most
experts suggest that they are related to hormones,
diet, vitamin deficiency and stress, or a combination
thereof. Unfortunately some people seem to be more
susceptible to outbreaks than others. Releasing sperm
regularly however has probably never been linked as a
possible cause.
