Problems ejaculating during sex but not when masturbating

I am having difficulty ejaculating when I have sex with my

partner. I am attracted to her, I do receive an erection, I

just cannot ejaculate with intercourse. If I masturbate I

can ejaculate within minutes of an erection. Do I masturbate

too often?

Excessive masturbation can sometimes be a factor. Your body

continually produces sperm but there is a limit to the

amount you can naturally produce. It really depends on how

frequently you masturbate. I definitely wouldn't recommend

doing it near the time of intercourse if you plan on

ejaculating during sex. Semen volumizers (natural

supplements that increase semen production) can help to

increase your overall output but the effects wouldn't be

noticeable for several months. VolumePills is one such

product:

Aside from physiological reasons, there is also a possible

psychological aspect to it as well. When you masturbate you

are totally focused on yourself. You usually fantasize about

something that really turns you on. It's obviously much

easier to reach a climax in this way. You can actually use

this same technique during intercourse when you are ready to

ejaculate. Simply think about what you normally do when

masturbating. You may even pretend that her vagina is your

hand and truly feel that you are pleasuring yourself. Give

it a shot!

To be honest, most men suffer from not being able to control

ejaculation. Obviously you have more control than most. But

I understand your problem. I think if you relax a little and

concentrate more on pleasuring yourself during intercourse,

you should be just fine.
