I am a senior who has no sexual activity. Is it unhealthy
not to ejaculate semen, or in other words is it healthy to
have ejaculation. I have heard that this is healthy for men,
but on the other side I would like to know if it is
unhealthy to not ejaculate.

I'm not sure I would go as far as to say that not
ejaculating is unhealthy, but some studies have shown health
benefits associated with ejaculation. One Harvard study for
instance found a correlation between ejaculation and
prostate health:

In short the study found that frequent ejaculation tends to
raise testosterone levels. It is believed that this elevated
level of androgens offers some protection against developing
prostate cancer.
Again, I don't believe that there is any scientific research
that has proven that refraining from ejaculation itself is
unhealthy. There does appear to be some data that
demonstrates benefits however. Ultimately I believe it comes
down to individual circumstances.
