I can't go longer than just a very few seconds when I'm
having sex. What can I do to last longer during sex?

What you're describing really isn't too uncommon. It's
known as premature ejaculation. In order to fix this
problem you need to learn more control. This is
generally done by practicing certain exercises such as
"edging." You can learn more about that here:

A quicker remedy (but not a permanent fix) would be to
use what's called a topical performance enhancer. These
are primarily used for men who have difficulties
getting an erection, but they are also effective at
prolonging intercourse. More information here:

You need to be careful which product you choose though.
I've tried a few that completely numbed the penis which
is, to say the least, not very pleasant.
A milder but more effective gel is offered by a company
called Prosolution. It goes on easy and does not
irritate. It seems to be very effective at preventing
premature ejaculation by drawing blood to the surface
skin. This tends to make the penis tingle a bit but
also helps to decrease that "about to explode" feeling
that can happen just after penetration.
