I have scars on my penis from genital warts. These scars are
light colored patches that where left after the treatment of
the warts. I would like to "fix" the discoloration. I feel
very self conscience about the scars. What are my options for
repair? I thought maybe a cosmetic tattoo would be effective
for covering them but how do I find some one to cosmeticly
tattoo a penis? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Since I have no experience with this, I really can't give you
a good answer. When you had the removal done did they mention
that it would leave light scarring?
Maybe if you contact them they can give you a few
recommendations - I'm assuming that this is normal and has
probably been addressed before.
I'm sure there is a surgical route where skin grafts can be
done, but this would probably be very expensive. I would never
have even thought of a cosmetic tattoo but that might actually
be an option. You might want to try contacting some
professional tattoo artists (I'm sure a search will find you
plenty) and seeing if anyone has ever done that before. If
that technique has indeed been used before then you can try
locating someone in your area that could perform it.
Although a temporary solution, you probably could in the short
term use certain skin-sensitive makeup to cover the
discoloration. Again I'm not even qualified enough to
recommend anything specific but I'm sure there are products
out there (water resistant) that can help to make the
discoloration more faint.
If you happen upon a treatment that helps, I would love to
hear about it. I truly sympathize with your condition and my
thoughts and best wishes are with you in finding a solution.
