Have you actually seen a doctor who diagnosed your
condition? Hidden penis is a fairly rare congenital disorder
and should not be confused with a normal but smaller than
average penis. Usually a Urologist would be able to tell you
whether or not you actually do suffer from this condition

I'm afraid that I don't know the cost of such a procedure
but I imagine you could consult a plastic surgeon regarding
that. You might try looking in your local yellowpages for a

If instead you merely have a small penis then I would not
